Celebration of Life for David Chisholm
Time & Location
About the Service
For those who can attend in person, light refreshments will be served during the event. To avoid contact during times of restriction, there will not be a book or pen available to record any remembrances. Instead, you are welcome to bring a written message, a photograph or an item, to place on a table during the event that you can either collect or leave on the day.
After the service upon leaving, there is a cafe and a restaurant available in close proximity for use as desired, or many additional cafes in local surrounds.
On David’s behalf, we ask that you consider a donation to Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA), an independent, not-for-profit research institute based in Sydney, Australia. David made a substantive contribution to NeuRA over several years, and any further assistance will help to further support and propel his efforts. NeuRA’s goal is to prevent, treat and cure brain and nervous system diseases, disorders and injuries..
If helpful, when asked for a research area, select either dementia (as Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) is one of many fronto-temporal disorders) or brain bank.
Guest numbers will be limited to 100.
To ensure we provide a COVID-Safe environment, please maintain appropriate social distancing outside your family cluster and use the hand sanitisers provided.
If you have recently travelled through hotspot locations and/or experience symptoms, please do NOT attend.
If you feel inclined, face masks will also be provided.
As much as hugs and handshakes would be appreciated, please refrain.
If you have the COVID-Safe app, please ensure it is activated on your phone.
